As a patient care assistant at Nationwide Children's NICU I have a wide range of responsibilities. I am responsible for obtaining patient vitals, PO feeding, I&O's. As well as G-Tube care, and completing saturation and PH impedance studies.

At Nationwide Children's hospital PCD, I am responsible for the role of the PCA. Where I work to help take vitals while a patient is in triage as well as grabbing patients blood sugar. I also am apart of the code blue team at the BHP. I also help to assist families with their needs from giving information. To assisting by grabbing dinks and snacks. I also work to help deescalate patients. As well as spending one on one time with the patients.

My role as a tech at Mount Carmel St. Ann's includes a wide range of responsibilities. I currently work on a half observation and half palliative care unit. On my floor my role includes grabbing vital signs, glucoses checks, drawing blood, helping the nurse admissions, assisting patients to the restroom, or changing their depends, washing patients, EKG's, bladder scans, and much more.

This job allowed me to interact with customers by assisting them. Not only did I help people find the perfect fit for them. I also helped check out and answer questions people had via phone calls.

This job allowed me to work behind the scenes. I was able to reach out to potential clients and give them information about our business. I also was able to answer phones for any questions people had.

I was trained not only to prepare and package the food. However I also was able to check customers out and answer phones. By working the cash register I was able to ensure that every customer left satisfy.
