I have accomplished a lot since the start of my CMA career 19 years ago. Naturally I have made many changes during these years and have learned so valuable lessons on which I don't feel powerless over any more. I have had some really god employers and thankfully things seemed to have worked out foe the best. Patients have also recovered and were able to have decrease; anxiety
I do better under pressure and enjoy having a full day to keep me engaged and productive. Otherwise I would crash and have a rough time to get going again. Multi tasking is something that absolutely can be done and helps keep me in the moment.
My hope is to assist my patients in the Healthcare system as for it can be very confusing and difficult to figure out without someone's help in Healthcare. Even then it remains to be complicated. I also hope to find a way to better communicate with patients whose first language is not English. These people are marginalized and kind of left to fend for themselves. I see this as a huge systemic problem and I am committed to working on a possible solution.
