Including but not limited to Comcast, Dish Network, At&t, Verizon, Time Warner Cable. On my third month I won collector of the month. A little more than a year after my start I was promoted to Assistant Manager. My main duties was still to collect, but then to also help my teammates with closing calls, up training new reps, helping supervisor plan team activities, filling in for my supervisor when they were out. My first position at ADT was as an Outbound Telemarketer. I called various prospects from multiple lead sources. Once they were on the line, I had to convince them to have an appointment with a Sales Rep or to pass them to over the Phone Sales Rep. After eight months I was promoted to Resale Rep. As I a Resale Rep I helped convince people who moved into homes and small businesses that already had ADT systems installed from previous customer's to activate the services and sign contracts between one to three years. I also took customer service calls where I had to re-route customers to best department that could help them solve any issues. If customers had an issue with the resale department, I did everything within my authority to handle their problem without having to rely to heavy on management. After a year I was promoted to an Affinity Residential Sales Rep, which is the highest phone sales position at ADT. I In Affinity I helped customers design security system that would adequately secure their homes, while often having to making sure it was done in an affordable way. I also handled customer service at a higher level for customers who were having issues with the purchase of their system.
