An accomplished and goal-driven individual with assistant store manager experience and 12+ years in retail, providing administrative support for up to 50+ staff members and streaming office operations. I describe myself as a hard-working and dedicated person. I started working as a cashier at a grocery store at the age of 20 in 2012. Shortly after I was hired, I was promoted to customer service and became a responsible and reliable team member as I learned new skills and was determined to grow within the company. Five years later, I became an assistant manager for the company and continued learning new skills and excelling at the management position. I later became the main assistant manager at the store. I worked in the retail industry for a total of 12 years and I can say I feel very competent in that department. However, life takes unexpected turns, and just like that I transitioned into a new profession where I was challenged to learn new skills and every day I am pushing myself to be the best at what I do. Whether it's serving a glass of wine to a hotel guest, to providing the best hospitality services possible. I have been in the hospitality industry for a little over a year and I strive to continue to learn new skills and grow in this new profession because I desire to succeed and grow professionally.
