- I worked for a builder in the South Loop in Chicago for over 7 years until I was very pregnant. I stayed home and took care of my kids and family until they got older.
- Initially I was the secretary, then I was on charge of our sales center, I also sold our properties, and I was the closing coordinator. That was a very busy fast paced position. We had a 317 unit project that was our largest and closed 30-40 units per month. I worked and coordinated with our attorneys, the buyers and lenders for buyers to get to closing on the transaction. I also worked with all appraisers, buyers on earnest money, kept track of all sales and earnest money, made sure sales center was stocked with what was needed to run properly, worked with design consultant on finishes with sold condos. I wore many hats at this company. We had several other real estate developments throughout the South Loop, Chicago that I sold our lofts/condos at. Some were new construction and others were condominium conversions.
