- Recorded and tracked emergency requests utilizing computer-aided dispatch systems.
- Supported law enforcement officers during high-risk situations by providing vital background data on suspect locations or histories.
- Prepare reports for data entry, as well as distributes said reports to other agencies.
- Enter data to dispatch systems pertaining to incidents and cases.
- Performs general office duties.
- Performs secretarial duties for the Lieutenant and Deputies.
- Prepares departmental statistics pertaining to number of cases, citations and incidents as requested.
- Prepares background checks as requested.
