 Dear Student Learning and Assessment Department , I am excited to submit my application for the ISA II (Part-time) position in your district. As a recent graduate of Sonoma State University with a BA in Communications, I bring a combination of educational background, leadership experience, and student mentorship that aligns well with the needs of role. I have worked directly with students as both an Assistant Throws Coach at St. Mary's High School and an Assistant Coach for Angles Track & Field, where I helped young athletes build skills, stay motivated, and develop personal discipline. More recently I have worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Stockton Unified school District within these experiences they taught me how to manage groups of students, adjust to different learning styles, and create a positive and respectful environment-skills while still mentally challenging students and I look forward to bringing into the classroom. In addition, I served as a Sports Staff Writer and Social Media Editor for the Sonoma State STAR newspaper, where I further honed my communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. I'm confident these experiences, combined with my passion for supporting students, make me a strong candidate for this role.
