Experienced in the food and hospitality industry, I had the privilege of working under an exceptional chef at Mojos, a small business. At Mojos, we transformed from a casual cafe during the day to an elegant dining destination in the evenings, providing me with valuable life skills such as financial responsibility, time management, and honing my culinary and cleaning abilities. I am grateful for the growth opportunities this position offered me. Transitioning to Target, I initially joined as a seasonal team member but quickly secured a permanent role and became the go-to barista at Starbucks. When Starbucks temporarily closed due to COVID-19, I was promoted to Human Services, gaining proficiency in various store functions. After approximately a year, I advanced to the position of Grocery Team Lead, overseeing Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Grocery Department, and the seasonal department. Despite initial challenges in each department, I successfully stabilized operations and achieved positive sales growth. Subsequently, I transitioned to Inbound management, responsible for truck unloading, inventory management, and leading a team. Each role I have held has not only contributed to my personal growth but has also fueled my ambition to advance my career further.
