In my role as Fieldwork Instructor I mentor LMU teacher candidates through observations, formative and summative evaluations, and facilitate a deeper understanding of the course competencies through application in the classroom.


During the debrief that follows each observation, I mentor Teacher Candidates in the development of the skills ro reflect, critique, and determine next steps in their teaching.


I encourage teacher candidates to develop a culture of learning that values mutual respect, life-long learning, and is aligned with the mission, vision and core values of the SOE.
