• Coach principals and instructional coaches in goal-aligned instructional leadership, integrating district and school priorities with the Digital Equity Framework domains to advance equitable access, high-quality instructional design, effective implementation, and measurable student impact.
• Coach instructional coaches using the Technology Integration Matrix (TIM) to design and facilitate teacher support cycles that moved instruction from entry/adoption toward infusion and transformation, maximizing student engagement, agency, and learning outcomes.

• Managing a portfolio of multiple school districts throughout the United States, as the primary point of contact for school leadership and support teams throughout their Verizon Innovative Learning Program (VILS) journey, including coaches, schools-based IT, district IT points of contact, and school leadership teams and administrators.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and provide tailored solutions and responsive support for school leadership and support teams, integrating district and school systems and instructional goals into the VILS partnership.
• Facilitate regular site visits over the course of the partnership to support the effective integration of technology in the classroom and development of Digital Equity Competencies for Leaders, Coaches, IT, Teachers, and Students in service of advancing digital equity.
• Guide selection and alignment of learning experiences to district and school instructional focus across all four years of the VILS partnership.
• Monitor, track, and report progress on implementation (data usage, inventory, device claims, etc.) and sustainability metrics as well as project benchmarks for all schools in the assigned portfolio.
• Provide differentiated onboarding, coaching, mentoring and 1:1 support for school leadership and support teams.
• Partnership lead with Discovery Education and VILS; including recruitment, annual showcase, and sharing information about Discovery Education resources with VILS schools.
• Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the Director of Sustainability and Support, leading professional learning components of the program, including compliance-based requirements; planning and facilitating monthly webinars; developing monthly communications and emails; designing and analyzing school surveys and data-gathering processes; and supporting a team of five Associate Directors of Sustainability & Support in their leadership roles.
• Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for coach onboarding and coaching systems, leading project management for new coach onboarding and the annual Coach Camp for incoming cohorts; developed & designed the Coach Playbook, created onboarding learning sessions, and planned a comprehensive week-long Coach Camp to prepare coaches for success in their VILS roles.

• Achieved high standards of care at lil llama’s daycare through effective management of daily operations. Drove compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain safety and quality. Fostered an engaging environment that promoted child growth and well-being.
• Interviewed and enrolled families based on needs of children ages infant to 5 years old.
• Developed and executed comprehensive daily daycare schedules to enhance social interactions among students. Oversaw educational lessons for children aged 2 and older. Coordinated meal preparation and established a consistent daily routine. Fostered ongoing communication with parents regarding children's developmental milestones and behavioral progress.
