Summary

Helping others grow is more than a passion—it's the foundation of my 22-year career in education. As a virtual instructor and team lead, I’ve directly supported the academic success of over 250 students, led a team of 10 remote educators, and maintained a 98% student retention rate year over year.

In my current role, I design and deliver 16+ interactive virtual lessons per week via Engageli, using tools such as Nearpod, Canva, and Google Slides, while ensuring full compliance with 100% of IEPs. I maintain consistent monthly engagement with 100% of student families, using data analytics from SharePoint and Excel trackers to monitor growth and inform targeted instruction based on the SMART goals for each of my students. The result? 100% of my students demonstrate measurable learning gains using research-based curriculum.

I serve as the primary liaison between my instructional team and administration, resolving issues quickly, communicating key updates, and advocating for student and staff needs. I’ve executed high-profile projects such as school-wide graduation events for 150+ attendees, and facilitated 10+ successful local field trips, coordinating logistics, communication, and budget.

As a mentor, I’ve coached over 10 first-year teachers through the Teacher Induction Program and supported student interns from Santa Fe College, Saint Leo University, and the University of North Florida. I led a team of 9 special educators as Grade Level Chair and was a member of the Steering Committee, fostering collaboration and professional growth across departments.

Additionally, I’ve developed and distributed monthly newsletters to parents and stakeholders under strict deadlines and trained over 50 colleagues on the effective use of educational technology (e.g., ClassDojo, Boomcards, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Renaissance, Focus, and Performance Matters).

I bring a results-oriented mindset to every project I lead, combining data analysis, instructional best practices, and collaborative leadership to drive measurable outcomes. Whether I’m designing engaging learning experiences, mentoring educators, or leading cross-functional initiatives, I remain committed to creating inclusive, impactful environments where both students and professionals can thrive.
