  • Have worked with all levels of management to conduct a needs analysis.
  • Using the ADDIE methodology have development and designed classes, including customized classes for several business areas throughout the company.
  • Delivered training to a wide variety of business areas throughout the organization. such as: Commercial (Enrollment), Individual Strategic Business Unit, Medicare Advantage, Blue Card and Care Management to name a few.
  • Known as an ABD (Arrangement By Design) guru, developed a Trainer the Trainer class for Instructional Design and Using ABD. Delivered this training to trainers within Workforce Management (Employee Development) as well as other trainers within the organization (Care Management and Medicare Advantage) this training included how to develop Participant and Facilitator guides using this software.
  • Effective at using various methods of training in order to accommodate learning styles while focusing on the individual needs of each participant.

Supervisory Experience

  • During my 19 years of experience as a Trainer, have acted in a supervisory role in the classroom over several months of training.
  • Ensured all staff completed On Boarding in a timely manner.
  • Managed work assignments.
  • Track and audit all work completed to ensure objectives are met.
  • Meet with participants 1:1 to provide feedback on performance during the months of training.
  • Meet with participants as needed to discuss performance and/or attendance issues.
