What brings me joy?

Married for just shy of 40 years to the wonderful guy I met in kindergarten!

We share 5 of the wildest, silliest, most lovable grandkids around.

A wonderful day starts with mindfulness, prayer, and gratitude followed by a rejuvenating one mile bike ride to the foothills trailhead.

A vigorous hour hike and an easy bike ride home again.  It's the simple pleasures that renew and satisfy.
