  • As a NHC, I must initiate, negotiate, prepare, obtain and be the procuring cause of a signed Purchase Agreement from a Homebuyer; and obtain and coordinate all of the other required Purchase Agreement documentation for the sale to the Homebuyer of a home constructed by the Company
  • A Purchase Agreement between the Company and the Homebuyer must be fully executed by all parties and approved and accepted by an authorized representative of the Company
  • The Purchase Agreement and all related documentation must be accurate, complete, and compliant with all applicable Division and Company policies, instructions, guidelines, and rules
  • The actions and conduct of my position as a NHC must be consistent and compliant with the sales practices of the Company and Division in which NHC is assigned; the legal and ethical standards set forth in the Company's ARG and Code of Business Ethics and Conduct; all covenants and restrictive covenants contained in this Agreement, including but not limited to Section VIII (Confidentiality and Non-disparagement), Section IX (No Solicitation), and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements (including but not limited to fair housing provisions)
  • I must take the appropriate actions, including all necessary follow up, to assure the sale is closed on a timely basis, is fully funded, and title to the home passes to the Homebuyer
