  • Started my property management career with Alliance management at Sherwood Ridges as the Assistant Property Manager. While learning the leasing side of Property Management, I realized that this was my career choice. As I excelled within the company, I had an opportunity to fill in as Manger while the existing Property manager was on a 3 month leave. Once that manager returned, I was offered a training position within the corporate office on a new computer system that was being implemented throughout the portfolios. Once training was complete, I was offered a transfer to Charlotte North Carolina to manage two apartment communities in a challenging area for Alliance management. Teal Point was an existing community and the property located beside Teal Point was in process of being purchased by Alliance. Management duties at all Alliance Properties are as listed below
  • Managed tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring timely communication to enhance satisfaction.
  • Conducted regular property inspections to uphold compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Split accounting system—Teal Point/Greenbrye Operated as one property to the public, however two separate entities requiring the split accounting
  • Responsible for All vendor set up and scheduling of rehab work for vacancy
  • Tracking of work order status and completion of necessary repairs throughout the property
  • Identifying resident violations and promptly resolving the issues

  • Community Manager responsible for operation of a 144 unit, multi-family property. Currently aged at 51yrs old.
