Started my property management career with Alliance management at Sherwood Ridges as the Assistant Property Manager. While learning the leasing side of Property Management, I realized that this was my career choice. As I excelled within the company, I had an opportunity to fill in as Manger while the existing Property manager was on a 3 month leave. Once that manager returned, I was offered a training position within the corporate office on a new computer system that was being implemented throughout the portfolios. Once training was complete, I was offered a transfer to Charlotte North Carolina to manage two apartment communities in a challenging area for Alliance management. Teal Point was an existing community and the property located beside Teal Point was in process of being purchased by Alliance. Management duties at all Alliance Properties are as listed below
