• Report to the Human Resources Manager.
• Responsible for the entire full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process to find and hire talented new employees (exempt and non-exempt positions). Partner with hiring managers to identify the necessary skills and experience for each role, create or update job postings, and post them on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Source candidates, screen resumes, and recommend qualified individuals for consideration. Develop interview guides, schedule and conduct interviews, and collect feedback to identify potential hires. Initiate hiring process, coordinate with compensation for salary recommendation, and negotiate salary and benefits. Initiate onboarding process, background checks and drug tests. Participate in various job fairs (coordinate and assist with on-site) and off-site). Ensure that legal and ethical standards are followed, including fair and nondiscriminatory hiring practices. Finally, attend weekly recruitment meetings to collaborate with HR colleagues, align strategies, leverage expertise, and assess recruitment efforts.
• Successfully recruited and hired 35 qualified employees for various complex positions in the past 12 months (engineers, maintenance managers and technicians, manufacturing managers and supervisors, buyers, analysts, and accounting staff, etc.). Simultaneously, manage an average of 14 to 24 job openings while maintaining other assigned HR duties and projects.

• Leader of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs (created by the UN Conference in 2012)) Committee.
