• Responsible for the entire full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process to find and hire talented new employees (exempt and non-exempt positions). Partner with hiring managers to identify the necessary skills and experience for each role, create or update job postings, and post them on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Source candidates, screen resumes, and recommend qualified individuals for consideration. Develop interview guides, schedule and conduct interviews, and collect feedback to identify potential hires. Initiate hiring process, coordinate with compensation for salary recommendation, and negotiate salary and benefits. Initiate onboarding process, background checks and drug tests. Participate in various job fairs (coordinate and assist with on-site) and off-site). Ensure that legal and ethical standards are followed, including fair and nondiscriminatory hiring practices. Finally, attend weekly recruitment meetings to collaborate with HR colleagues, align strategies, leverage expertise, and assess recruitment efforts.

• Developed the "Are You a Volunteer?" monthly survey (UKG Voice), significantly increasing volunteer hours and bringing us closer to Ricoh, LTD's target, along with initiating the monthly "Volunteer Appreciation" program, which recognizes an employee with the most impactful volunteer work each month.
