It is a senior member award which is earned after completing all ranks through major, and attending certain regional and national staff colleges which are presented by senior officers and Air Force instructors. Curriculum is based on leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and team building. Great program! In turn, pass the training to other senior members and cadets.
  • Achieved rank of Lt. Colonel after moving through the ranks following the Air Force structure, and meeting all training requirements for this award.
