There is a significant gap in my official employment. In June of 2021, my mom suffered a stroke. I became her primary caretaker and moved back into my parents house. After a roughly 6 month rehabilitation, my mom was able to return to work. The following week, my dad contracted a bad case of Covid and was admitted to the hospital. After he was released, he was confined to an oxygenation machine and I went back into caretaker mode. Unfortunately, he passed away in June of 2023.
