Summary

Because I have had the privilege of working exclusively with children for the past 20 years, I am passionate about education and teaching children to be successful students and, as a result, successful humans. I have worked in a variety of environments, ranging from in-home school to substituting in some of the toughest schools around the area, as well as with a variety of ages (newborn through college). My number one goal is for children to be successful in their learning. This is done through a variety of methods in an environment that fosters problem-solving, critical-thinking, self-responsibility, teamwork, and a growth mindset. Teachers have a unique role in a student's life and it is an honor to be an educator!
