Rebecca is a skilled public health and management professional with experience designing and implementing public health initiatives to strengthen health systems. Rebecca offers a unique clinical, biochemical, and public health research background, which she leverages in combination with strong healthcare policy and data analysis knowledge to support the transformation of public health policies. Rebecca has used her strategy development, research, and stakeholder management skills to assist in the distribution and reporting of over $4B+ across multiple NYS DOH agencies and worked closely with stakeholders to organize, standardize, streamline, and implement policies and requirements across a number of Medicaid Children’s Transformation Initiatives. Additionally, she previously supported FDA leadership in the development and execution of change management strategies to improve change readiness among FDA leaders and staff. She is currently supporting the launch and management of a Virtual Learning Platform, as well as developing learning support strategies, communications, and materials for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation’s (CMMI) ACO Primary Care Flex Model. In addition to her client work, Rebecca helped developed the Global Health Security Go-To Market Strategy. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Global Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Siena College.
