Promotes efficient use of departmental supplies and equipment. Coordinates employee schedules and job assignments. Reviews and verifies nursing staff time cards for accurate payroll. Recruits, interviews, and hires employees. Resolves conflicts promptly among physicians, nurses, and other healthcare employees to keep workflows on task.

Under general direction, responsibility of patient care activities on designated shift. Assists in the education of staff. Provides updates to the CEO, COO, DON, and other leadership positions with daily activities for facility.
