I started working here as a cocktail and have worked my way up to being head bartender and the night manager. My responsibilities have ranged from taking orders and bringing drinks back to the table, keeping things stocked up and clean. As head bartender I've had tons of success. At one point, I was told that I had done 33% of the business's sales that month. I pride myself in working quick and efficiently and do well under stress. As manager, I've taken over doing the liquor stock and ordering. Part of that has included learning the trends in our business to know when to order more or less. Being a manager has helped me strengthen my problem solving skills and ability to multi-task and stay flexible. Not only do I maintain good relationships with the people I work with, but a huge part of my job is doing that with the customers as well. Keeping people from getting too unruly doing our best to keep them safe is also apart of it. Not only do I have my TIPS certification, but I'm a TIPS certified trainer as well.
