  • At Red Door Party Rentals, I took care of our customers by either looking at an email they sent us about reserving tables, chairs, etc. but also taking calls or people coming into the store and making a reservation.
  • I made sure that everything on the reservation was correct and making sure that they had everything for the event they were getting everything for.
  • Not only did I put the orders in, but I made sure that everything would be ready for the day of pickup.
  • Some ways I did that were cleaning tables and chairs, washing dishes, doing laundry and ironing.
  • After everything is ready and it was the day of pick up, I made sure everything is paid for and then we would load the customer up, making sure they get everything they pay for.
  • Then when it is time for return, we would unload the customer, making sure everything is there and sending them on their way.

  • As time went on, they saw the potential I had, and I became a Shift Lead.
  • I was able to clean dishes, clean the big machines that needed special care and still did the other responsibilities I had before but also making sure that everyone was happy and was where they needed to be.
  • When it gets busy being in your spot is kept to making things go smooth.
