Capturing guest photos in various areas of the park. Being outgoing in getting guests' attention to take photos. Being personable while at the sales counter to create a more positive guest experience as well as increasing opportunities for upselling. Being an independent and a self-starter in going out and getting photos with little to know supervisor contact. Having an understanding of other aspects of the park to be able to accurately help guests and give suggestions.
Accomplishing various tasks daily, including, stocking shelves and displays, completing transactions, communicating with supervisors and other departments, and assisting customers and coworkers. Being able to work independently whether that be in stock rooms organizing or being able to open and close a store by myself. All while maintaining a willingness to learn new skills and grow including being cross trained in photography.
Worked mainly independently on stock including checking produce and maintaining food safety. Answering customer questions and providing them fast and friendly service while checking out. Counting tills nightly and ensuring they were balanced. And keeping the store overall clean and disposing of trash and expired product.
Maintain food safety while cooking and properly cleaning kitchen afterwords. Informing guests of product they are buying and how it works. Communicate sales numbers with management as well as stock. Work in small space with multiple coworkers in a loud environment.
