  • I made so many good friends on my floor and it was a privilege that everyone knew my name! I was in charge of a hall meeting every week filled with announcements and games or another activity that would help build a community and bond within the girls on my floor
  • There were so many friendships made and experiences had while I was there, I would never trade that job for the world!! I was sad to leave, but I had a good excuse: I got married to my best friend this summer

  • When I returned from serving my mission, I started working at the assisted living facility in my neighborhood, Quail Park at Morrison Ranch
  • I have absolutely loved my time there and look forward to seeing the residents every day
  • Some of my responsibilities include but are not limited to: serving drinks and food to the residents, following the steps of service, clearing and cleaning tables, rolling silverware, folding napkins, vacuuming, side work clean up, maintaining a cheerful attitude and patience with the residents, and always accomplishing a task
  • I have learned to apply myself and my talents to this job and it has served as a marketing tool for Quail Park
  • I have built a reputation as a 'singing server'
  • The residents ask me about my schooling and career and I feel loved that they have taken interest in my life
