I love Starbucks and genuinely care about the success of the store and lowering that turn over rate by (in part) leading, being a part of and making a better, more productive team that will in turn be more welcoming to green beans.

I am a very focused and motivated individual. I have worked hard at all I do. I have always been a calm and collected person in both my personal and professional life. I attempt to the best of my ability to help with issues that present themselves when a lack of communication occurs. I can work both independently and as part of a team. I am always trying to better myself and take any opportunity I can get. Finally, I love the River Falls store and look forward to continuing to serve my team and the community.
