I have proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environments. I have developed proactive approaches to identifying and addressing issues, with focus on optimizing processes and supporting team objectives.
Highlights:
My role as Branch Office Administrator encompass both leadership and followership. My role is to serve not only the clients of our branch but also my Financial Advisor through responsive and clear communication and follow-up. I maintain a Trimester branch agenda, develop SOPs, leverage technology tools (Salesforce and Microsoft Teams), assist with client experience by greeting clients and maintaining/ordering branch supplies, and assist with implementation of client contact plan and serve clients accounts as needs arise.
I seek to participate in all Firm and Region led events to foster the existing culture of community and service at Edward Jones.
My husband and I formed a media company. We took his part-time photography gig he started in 2014 and went full-time with it in 2019. We are both entrepreneurial and creatives at heart and loved building a successful and impactful business
Developed programs that reach the social, economic, and cultural needs of community members in northwest Wisconsin.
