My role as Branch Office Administrator encompass both leadership and followership. My role is to serve not only the clients of our branch but also my Financial Advisor through responsive and clear communication and follow-up. Through serving others I also have an opportunity to lead by initiating ideas to further develop established processes and creating a welcoming environment both for clients and associates.


I maintain a Trimester branch agenda, develop SOPs, leverage technology tools (Salesforce and Microsoft Teams), assist with client experience by greeting clients and maintaining/ordering branch supplies, and assist with implementation of client contact plan and serve clients accounts as needs arise.


I seek to participate in all Firm and Region led events to foster the existing culture of community and service at Edward Jones.

Developed programs that reach the social, economic, and cultural needs of community members in northwest Wisconsin. Successfully offered trips, classes, events, and services to over 800 members annually through strategic planning, promoting, evaluating, and reporting. In addition to my role as Community Education Director, I also worked as a Student Mentor with our High School and oversaw the Volunteer Program, School Spirit Wear and taught group piano lessons to elementary students at the After School Program.


Key Projects I Managed:

  • Developed an online registration process
  • Developed a cloud based database for Community Education and our Volunteer Management Program using the Kohezion Platform
  • Introduced 4 new family events that are now a core part of our program offerings: Dazzling Daughter Dance (For young girls and their fathers or father figures), Mom & Son Create Night (For young boys and their mothers or mother figures), Powerwheels Party (For young boys and their father or father figurers) and the Princess Crafternoon Tea (For young girls and their mothers or mother figures).
  • Started a mentorship program that connects at-risk youth to community mentors. Recruited 12 students (ages 8-12) and 12 mentors to participate and secured financial resources to run the program.
  • Participated in the Northwest Alliance Community Foundation as a board member from 2017-2018.
  • Participated as a board member with the Grantsburg Chamber from 2015-2019.
  • Initiated the start-up interest group of Burnett County Special Olympics and played a strategic role in gathering community volunteers by hosting interest meetings and promoting the program in the community.
  • Recruited volunteers to participate in a community project to paint fire hydrants and paint a piano that we left in our local picnic area for the community to play for 2 months.
  • Developed a risk matrix that is used by our school principals in making complex decisions regarding the screening of volunteers.
  • Assisted with the purchasing and distribution of staff Christmas Gifts.
  • Assisted at-risk high school students with their academics through goal setting and credit recovery from 2016-2018.

Key Highlights of Projects I Oversaw:

  • Volunteer recruitment: established a strong and healthy volunteer culture and onboarding process that retained volunteers and attracted new ones.
  • Volunteer management: established and maintained key admin processes to assist with ensuring background checks were complete, refined the application process, assisted with the technical support of the CRM program (Filemaker) that was used and used it to leverage volunteer tracking metrics.
