CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS EXPERT: Prior to coming onboard as the Telehealth Community Resources Coordinator for BCHC, have used invaluable inter-relational skills, attention to detail, and relative ease at quickly adapting to an ever expanding landscape of communication technology, to bring greater customer interest and satisfaction in every previous role. The one common denominator brought to the different industries and organizations is an open communicative approach that prioritizes an inter-relational focus. Showcases an ability to do whatever is needed to provide an elite level customer experience, whether for a customer, client, patient, or even a colleague. Over 14 years in the workforce has shown an ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology platforms in order to better meet the demands of businesses who seek to expand their reach via online support and digital communication servicing. Additionally, 4 of those 14 years were spent teaching and catering to low-income populations within central KY.
I'm eager to see what more I can offer to the mission and goal of BCHC. I hope to embrace a more challenging role within the organization that allows me to leverage my experience towards further helping to improve the lives of low-income families and others in our community who struggle to overcome financial and cultural situations which disadvantage their path to success.
