The process involved answering questions to programmers and operators of the machines, verifying dimensions and tolerances, watching projects run to improve estimate timing. Programmed Haas VF-5 mill and Multicam router table. Correctly loaded files or drew parts in Mastercam X8, applied proper tool paths to create parts to print, verified cut quality and edge condition to appropriately adjust feed rates and spindle speeds. Improved cycle times on existing programs for repeat orders.
