Attentive Childcare Provider dedicated to child safety, development, and care. Works effectively with different ages to provide expert support for personal and learning needs. Guides children through difficult situations to help build foundational social abilities. Current a student working toward my Kinesiology at Fresno State and looking for an opportunity to begin my career in that field. Capable of identifying and quickly closing any knowledge gaps to offer value to my employer and team. Working in the fields really opened my eyes to what hard work really is. I was not forced into this hard labor work, but I saw this as an opportunity to challenge myself. Knowing this, I did not quit. I was set to learn how to perfect this type of work. I continued to work for two months while enrolled in a college course, and I began to understand the meaning of hard work. Through this process, I learned I had the capacity and determination to graduate from college and someday tell my parents “si se Puede.” Through this experience, I realized I did not belong under the heat of the raging sun for ten hours a day. I was raised in a community where agriculture thrives all around us, and labor jobs are all there is. Not only did that long summer teach me about hard work, but most importantly it motivated me to work my way out of becoming entrapped in the cycle that is the way of life for people in my hometown Soledad, California. I'm sure that from these past experiences I am ready to take on this job opportunity.
