In 2018 I was fortunate enough to be 1 of 20 associates nominated and selected to participate in Continental's International Management Program (IMP). During this program we worked in teams, where extremely dynamic personalities and cultural backgrounds brought us together to find solutions to various problems across the Continental organization.
