Summary

I am a Motivated Student Teacher with experience in creating engaging lesson plans and delivering instructional lectures. Significant strengths include adaptability to various learning styles, effective communication skills, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and educational staff. For classroom management, I believe it is important that a teacher sets expectations and be consistent with their expectations for their students. I also believe that it is important that students have a choice and a voice in the classroom about their learning because I want the classroom to also be a positive learning environment. I believe it is important to engage students with learning activities, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration with the students. I believe learning should be active and encourage students to be hands-on and use critical thinking skills. These skills help students make connections and relations to the real world, which is an essential part of both education and society.

Teaching Philosophy

My classroom management style is authoritative classroom management. I believe it is important that a teacher sets boundaries and that students are aware of and follow expectations. I also believe that it is important that students have a choice and a voice in the classroom about their learning because I want the classroom to also be a positive learning environment. I want my students to respect both the teacher and other students in the classroom. There may be times when I have to use an authoritarian classroom management, but my goal is to strive away from it as much as I can., I believe it is important to engage students with learning activities, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration with the students. I believe learning should be active and encourage students to be hands-on and use critical thinking skills. These skills help students make connections and relations to the real world, which is an essential part of both education and society.
