Regularly visiting CPS schools in network 12 to assess the quality of work being done by both cps and privatized custodians. Total number of schools in network 12 are 40 which represented my responsibility.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of improvement in production processes, leading to enhanced product quality.
• Spearheaded root cause analysis investigations when needed, determining underlying issues and recommending appropriate fixes.
• Participated in regular management review meetings, providing updates on quality control performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Established a system for tracking non-conformances, facilitating quick resolution and preventing future occurrences.

* As being the placement coordinator, my sole responsibility was to find sub custodians (from our sub pool) on a daily basis to fill in for both cps and privatized employees when they call off for any reason(s). i.e., sick days, vacations. loa, suspensions, terminations etc...

• Conducted regular follow-ups with placed candidates to ensure ongoing success in their new roles while addressing any concerns promptly.
• Built strong relationships with hiring managers by providing timely updates on candidate status and availability, leading to improved communication and collaboration.
• Maintained accurate records of all candidate interactions as well as job openings managed throughout the placement process.
• Strengthened the company''s reputation as a reliable source (total facility) for the school district by sending top talented subs through consistent delivery of high-quality placements across various school networks.

• As field manager, having 8 supervisors to cover various networks within the cps district. Each supervisor had approx. 15-20 schools each to oversee the custodial staff in each school.

• Maximized resource utilization by reallocating supervisory personnel based on workload demands and skillsets.
