  • Served as primary point of contact, for USAID's Human Capital Talent Management (HCTM) and The Office of Security (SEC) to initiate background security clearance request for Tier 1, Tier 3, and Tier 5 Security level investigations
  • Received request and correspondence via Navigate System from AMS, Hiring Managers and Project Leads for all security request.
  • Initiated background security request with all needed PII documents to prepare for automation through, formally eQIP and currently eAPP/SID/SAR system that USAID uses at this time
  • Maintain daily tracker created by myself and used by different Bureau's and SEC to track the progress of each potential on-boarding candidate
  • Track disposition of employee personnel security request.
  • Kept active communication with potential employees/contractors/current & retired USAID employees on status of their security timeline
  • Meet weekly with HCTM's XOSR team to update the direct hire/intern security tracker to relay priorities from client HR practitioners

  • Code and process Schedule A employees to enter in to Navigate onboarding system
  • Create new IP Numbers for new employees in HR Connect to process new positions for upcoming employees
  • Quality Assurance review of the list of eligible Pathway Program and 3rd Party Interns
  • Set up and conduct trainings on the Security process for new employees and Payne Fellow Interns
  • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, sharing insights with colleagues to drive continuous improvement efforts.
