I am the founding president and Creative Director of Ballet Folklorico de la Luz at Central Michigan University. I have been a been a Mexican folkloric dancer for seven years. I was a part of Ballet Folklόrico de Detroit's advanced dance team, and currently dance with Detroit's Ballet Folklόrico Moyocoyani Izel. I have several volunteer experiences through Detroit Public Schools, specifically assisting special education teachers and helping with the Metro Detroit Scholastic Chess League Tournaments.

I am also the treasurer for the Empowered Latino Union and Social Media Representative for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers at Central Michigan University. I have been a been a Mexican folkloric dancer for 5 years and was a part of Ballet Folklόrico de Detroit's advanced dance team and currently dance with Ballet Folklόrico Moyocoyani Izel. I have several volunteer experiences in Detroit Public Schools, specifically assisting special education teachers and helping with the Metro Detroit Scholastic Chess League Tournaments.
