The forefront of my role will be as a passionate, thoughtful, and hardworking employee, providing caring and consistent support to each patient and family as they schedule services.

I will be devoted to giving every patient and family a positive and supportive experience as they onboard the platform.

Realizing my presence will be one of the first contact points on their journey, I will provide safe communication that helps set their schedules that align with the expectations of Equip's care model.

Greetings. As an organized and attention to detail person, my responsibility to this role will ensure the best scheduling experience for patients and families. Serving as one of the first contacts that the patients and families see after admission, I will thoughtfully and carefully schedule intake sessions, answer questions, and provide sopport at each point that is needed. 

As a team player, I will effectively collaborate with others to prioritize and achieve shared goals. 

I have a mature and strong passion for patient care as demonstrated by me role as a Direct Service Provider while I worked at Aspire of WNY. As a mother of seven, homeschool educator, and public school teacher, my passion and care for students, staff and families is unmatched.
