I believe I have always had a very strong work ethic. I decided to work at a family owned dentist office in my hometown as I finished high school. Upon graduating high school, I enrolled at College of Dupage and applied for a part time barista at Starbucks. My part time job soon turned into a full time job as I fell in love with the fast pace environment.
My position taught me great people skills and sales experience. Dedicated to creating personalized customer experiences while offering expertise in coffee production, and preparation. I became a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
During my time at Starbucks, I switched gears and dove into the world of residential real estate and never looked back. I obtained my license at the youngest age of 21 in Illinois, while the year prior being a residential leasing agent. I completed my pre-broker license training at Inland Real Estate School of Oak Brook which followed with the state and federal exam in which I passed on my first try. I have been a broker on a team at the brokerage Compass for the past 6 years now while also being a property manager dealing with multiple buildings throughout the Chicagoland area. In 2019 I decided to incorporate home staging to my portfolio. I took the required course through the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and created my own staging company.
I truly think my background in Illinois residential law, familiarity with federal fairhousing and anti-discrimination laws, property management, sales, cash management, customer service and design skills should speak for itself on how it will pertain to this position.
