  • Responsible and accountable for all credentialing aspects for the Critical Care Center which includes 8 hospital sites, telemedicine services and ~400 providers consisting of Physicians, NPs, PAs, NP/PA Fellows, Contract Providers and Students. Oversight of moonlighting physician residents and fellows. Fosters positive effective communication and strategic planning with internal departments, GA Composite Board staff and external hospital staff to ensure seamless implementation of credentialing and staffing initiatives. Identifies areas of improvement, organizes and prioritizes projects, and designs workflows.
  • Participates in the development and administration of departmental policies and procedures. Ensures employment and employee relations practices comply with organizational and legal requirements. Manages payroll including tracking provider FTE, job code updates, proper salary distribution to internal accounts and provider schedule audits.
  • Developed and implemented credentialing by proxy process for the eICU. Partners with legal team and eICU Directors to develop service agreements. Provides guidance on telemedicine credentialing and best practices.
