- Inspect birds to check if any infected area so it will be condemned and check around the bird for feces so it will not contaminate the rest.
- Every hour from beginning of shift have to start HACCP checks, which has to do with the companies policy as well in making sure everyone is wearing their proper equipment’s while on duty (PPE).
- Help out shipping as a clerk, log in trucks, make sure product is at its correct temperature, and issue out the trucks BOL paperwork when they are ready to be shipped out.

- Moved as a helper with USDA to help identify (Gall, IP, Air Sac, Septicemia, DOA, Cadavers, Hang backs, Tumors, and Over scald).
- Started in the reprocessing area to help clean/trim any birds that had any fecal, infection, or a defect.
