Perform scheduled training sessions in accordance with fitness policies and procedures and brand standards
Restock weights and fitness equipment and ensure neatness of the fitness area
Provide high level of guest service at all times to all members and spa guest
Comply with fitness associates team rules and be available to work A.M. and P.M shifts to accommodate clients schedules
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform any other fitness related job duties as assigned
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly to maintain cleanliness
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
Handle cash and process payments using POS systems
Utilize OpenTable or similar software for reservations and seating arrangements
Compiles charts for new patients including all necessary forms as required by therapist and for billing
Types office correspondence including but not limited to evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, letters, memoranda and reports as requested by the respective supervisor
Perform vital testing for patient chart.
