• Plan on-campus programs related to recruitment for domestic Students of Color, first generation college
  students and students of low-income families
• Assist in management of high school partners and builds working relationships with other community-based organizations across the nation
• Manage recruitment of prospective students in Northern Virginia and Northern New Jersey

· Recruited qualified boys to enroll into one of the leading preparatory military schools in the country by
planning and executing recruitment strategies
· Assisted families with all aspects of the FUMA admissions process, which includes daily reach out to
families by phone, email and face-to-face visits
· Conducted on-campus tours and also coordinates tours with a cadet tour guide program
· Planned, organized and represented the Academy at secondary school fairs, alumni events, fundraising events, award banquets and graduation
