Provide transportation assistance to clients who are experiencing homelessness with a free Greyhound bus ticket to connect them with a friend or family member to stop their cycle of homelessness.

Provided Wrap around services to families living in Shelter in Place facilities. My duties entailed 1:1 Counseling, Housing search, Money Management and weekly community meeting.

Supervised an assigned group of youth in a controlled environment. Provided short term goal training and life skills training focused on changing anti- social behavior and developing self sufficiency and a strong sense of responsibility.

Provided assistance to families, seeking shelter and permanent supportive housing. Provided money management counseling as well as job skills training.
