-cargo handling expert for everything the Army moves by land, sea, or air.

-ensure the Army receives supplies, weapons, the mail, and equipment on a daily basis all over the world.

-maintain cargo documentation, securing of cargo, and how to load and unload cargo manually or by operating material handling equipment like cranes and forklifts.

• Inspected jail conditions and took action to rectify problems in order to meet state and federal regulations for health and safety.
• Wrote daily reports and maintained logs of inmate activities and behaviors.
• Conducted physical searches of prisoners and premises in search of weapons and contraband.
• Took custody of prisoners from arresting officers to begin processing into detention facility.
• Maintain order, safety, and disciple of residents in a correction facility.
• Engage in a variety of interchangeable work areas that includes, but is not limited to armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.

Aviation Boatswain’s Mate – Aircraft Handling (ABH) Sailors supervise the movement of Naval aircraft and perform rescue duties when necessary. In this role, specific responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with the launch and recovery of aircraft
• Spotting and securing aircraft and equipment
• Performing crash rescue and crash removal duties in connection with aircraft launch and recovery
• Firefighting and damage control duties
• Operating and maintaining ground-handling equipment used for moving and hoisting aircraft
• Stood watch during specified periods and determined geographical position of ship.
• Supervised and coordinated activities of crew aboard ship.
• Signaled pilots manually to correct movements and prevent accidents.
