  • Successfully advocated for passage of Durham’s $95 million affordable housing bond, which passed with 76% voter approval, the largest affordable housing bond in North Carolina.
  • Led Department in Southside Revitalization Project, which successfully reinvigorated one of Durham’s historic yet disinvested neighborhoods with the creation of 212 affordable and market-rate apartments and 48 affordable and market-rate single-family homes.
