Supported multiple technology projects or work streams at a time from requirements gathering through to implementation while serving as a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Scrum master:

• ERP Migration: Oversaw migration of the Finance Team from the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX to Microsoft D365 F&O. Coordinated cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure the integration of existing systems into the new ERP. The new cloud-based system provides enhanced data security as well as faster processing of tasks resulting in improved customer experience
• Purchase Order and Fixed Asset Management processes: Developed 8 ServiceNow Catalogs which resulted in streamlining of the Purchase order process, slashed overspending on budgets, significantly enabled Accounts Payable to match Purchases to Invoices and automated Fixed Asset transfer process
• Identity and Access Management project: Developed Role based access and permission levels and mapped entire organization’s employees (over 4K) to new roles. This has resulted in uniform access and permissions for Roles and User Groups as well as improving user onboarding process by providing new employees with the required access on their first day of work
• Master Data Management: Developed and assigned Taxonomy Levels to over 50K Items listed by the company. Assigned attributes to each item allowing for improved customer search experience on the website. Worked with the Digital team to group items by Taxonomy on the website. Worked with the DAM tool to link images to the items on the website
• Facilitated transition of the Finance IT Team to Agile and leveraged Agile ceremonies and its iterative development methodology to manage projects. Introduced JIRA for issue tracking, release planning and project management. Introduced Scrum ceremonies like Daily Stand up, Sprints, Backlog grooming, Retrospectives
• Created user stories.

• Championed standardization of Recovery Operations processes and procedures by creation of Job Aids and Procedure documents for training and compliance purposes
• Conducting training for end users on processes and process changes
• This led to increase in efficiency and drop in user errors by 50%.

• To document and identify requirements for technology migration
• This resulted in clear requirements for the development team, leading to increased efficiencies during the development process.
