• As a paraeducator, my main responsibility is to attend to students with special educational needs and in-life skills
• This involves providing support and assistance throughout their daily classroom activities, including addressing their personal, academic, and emotional needs
• In helping these students organize their materials and take notes to ensure they are prepared and engaged in their learning
• Establish relationships with these students and modify instruction to cater to their unique needs, ensuring they can maintain focus and engagement in the classroom
• Uphold and implement the individualized education program (IEP) and Section 504 plans for these students
• To outline their goals and accommodations to ensure they receive the necessary support and access to an inclusive education
