Rehmat Kaur

Responsible for organizing community service opportunities and drives. As well as recruiting participants, and encouraging member participation. It is also my job to collect and deliver all community service donations and keep a record of total service hours for members. This year I have organized various service oppurtunities for chapter members such as:

- Boo Bash

- Treat Street

- Winter Coat Drive

- Meals by Grace food drive

Communicate competition details to competitors about the CORE conference held in September. Also assisting with TSA blazers and appropriate dress code for events. As well as working with other officers to advocate for events on social media. As the VP of competition, I get the chance to learn about the different events as well as being able to help members sign up for different conferences.

Involved in getting information first about new service projects. I am also responsible that all information reaches every member, officer and advisor. I will work first hand with research officer and board members on project ideas as well as collaborating project ideas to President and VP.

• Shadow current officers / attend officer meetings / learn how the club is run.

• Organize and schedule breakout group leaders at meetings who lead activities
• Assist and manage practice resources including administering practice exams.
• Work with officers to create meeting plans

• Perform "Sewa," selfless service at my local Gurdwara.
• Service can include helping prepare food for the evening, serving food, and cleaning afterwards.
