Starting as a crew member, I learn the basics of food prep, customer service, and some store operations. With dedication, a strong work ethic, and leadership skills, I was able to move up to shift leader. That is when I started to learn how to supervise others and manage doing the draws and the safe. I continued to perform and be committed. I became a P.I.C., and helped out. That is when I started to be trained in doing the schedule, inventory, payroll, and the paperwork. I got promoted to manager and learned more about customer satisfaction, budgeting, and business performance.
