I work well with others, I feel I am at my best , when I can be hands on working along side or showing what process works best . I put myself second to see that the task at hand is done for the day. Helping out wherever I can to do what I feel is right for all is what is important. Helping others to learn, but also allowing them, to learn on their own . I have built up a good relationship with all the freight companies that bring product to the company and have always been willing to assist in their arrival and punctual departure , successfully unloaded or loaded pending on the circumstances. I am always willing to help other parts of the company, whether it be with work detail for a special event, logistics and equipment. I have also helped with light maintenance work on equipment. I have learned small tasks pertaining to repairs that can be done in house. Overall, I felt I have become a good utility employee for the company , willing to go where I am needed and help where I can, as needed.

• I have been driving forklifts since my hiring in 1999, I have unloaded and loaded many semi's of products, dealt with on the spot issues, regarding product problems on arrival and claim filing with companies involved.
