The Pepper Canyon West Student Housing project is an upper-division housing development on the UCSD campus that accommodates up to 1,400 tenants. It consists of two similar buildings placed adjacent to one another. Each individual building consists of a six-level ribbon-like structure which adjoins a seismically separated 23-story tower.
