UCSD Pepper Canyon West Student Housing

The Pepper Canyon West Student Housing project is an upper-division housing development on the UCSD campus that accommodates up to 1,400 tenants. It consists of two similar buildings placed adjacent to one another. Each individual building consists of a six-level ribbon-like structure which adjoins a seismically separated 23-story tower.

750 Golden Gate Avenue

750 Golden Gate Ave is a 9-story building that will provide 171 units of low-income residential housing.

TCC 120 East Grand Garage

TCC 120 East Grand Garage is an 8-story concrete garage. The project was taken through the permit process and then put on hold.
